Milwaukee, WI – It is a huge honor to win the 2023 Best Places To Work award from the Milwaukee Business Journal.

R&R Insurance was happy to just be the headline sponsor but everyone was blown away to #1 win in the large business category. A huge thanks to all R&R Insurance Services Inc. employees who made this happen. You make this the best place to work!

The Milwaukee Business Journal honored many Milwaukee-area companies broken down into company size categories. R&R fit the large company category, whose employee size ranged from 100 - 199. R&R achieved a score of 91.45, which inched out the second best HNTB Corp. whose score was 90.47.

Some of the reasons R&R claimed number 1 was its emphasis on work life balance. R&R follows a 7.5 hour work day and Flex Fridays which allow employees to compress their work their work week and leave and leave midday every other Friday. We also offers a Go 365 Wellness program with the ability to earn up to $300.00 per year of gift card rewards, an annual Wellness fair and an on site gym.

Waukesha, WI – It is with great pleasure to announce Tom McInerny has been named R&R Insurance's  newest Vice President of Commercial Sales.

Tom has been with R&R Insurance for five years as one of our leading Commercial Insurance Consultants. He has been diligent bringing on new clients and retained his clientele. Nearly every year he has been with the agency Tom has been a top contender for Producer of the Year.

In his new role, Tom will lead his team in creating partnerships within businesses across the state. He will continue to help clients with his proactive risk management services while sharing his knowledge, experience and best practices with other Commercial Insurance Consultants.

A native of New Berlin, Wisconsin, Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Loras College. Prior to R&R, Tom worked for a national distributor in the water and sewer industry. Outside of R&R, Tom serves on the Catholic Memorial High School Board of Directors.

R&R has proudly been named a 2022 Top 100 Largest Brokers of US Business by the publication Business Insurance. 

Business Insurance ranks its 100 Largest Brokers of US Business by their 2021 brokerage revenue generated by U.S.-based clients. Insurance brokers who generate 49% or more of their revenue from personal lines are excluded from the list.

Notable in the data is R&R Insurance's solid 9.6% growth. That is a very good number considering 100% of our growth was organic while 43 of the 100 firms listed include growth by acquisition of other US-based insurance firms.

Appleton, WI – Chad Messner of R&R Insurance Services was recently named Sales Manager of R&R's Appleton office.

In his new role, Chad will lead his team in creating partnerships within businesses across the state. He will continue to help clients with his proactive risk management services while sharing his knowledge, experience and best practices with other Commercial Insurance Consultants.

A native of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, Chad received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. His career began in 2000 as a Consumer Products Specialist at Sentry Insurance. He has remained in the industry for over 20 years joining R&R Insurance in 2018 as a Commercial Insurance Consultant.
