The Milwaukee Business Journal honored many Milwaukee-area companies broken down into company size categories. R&R fit the large company category, whose employee size ranged from 100 - 199. R&R achieved a score of 91.45, which inched out the second best HNTB Corp. whose score was 90.47.
Some of the reasons R&R claimed number 1 was its emphasis on work life balance. R&R follows a 7.5 hour work day and Flex Fridays which allow employees to compress their work their work week and leave and leave midday every other Friday. We also offers a Go 365 Wellness program with the ability to earn up to $300.00 per year of gift card rewards, an annual Wellness fair and an on site gym.
