R&R Names Jeff Sewell Vice President of Sales Employee Benefits

Waukesha, WI – R&R Insurance is very pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Sewell, Sales Executive in the Employee Benefits strategic business unit, as the new Vice President of Sales, Employee Benefits, effective June 3rd, 2024. Jeff will report to Dave Lancaster, Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits.

This is a new role in the Employee Benefits strategic business unit and became necessary as a result of multiple years of double-digit organic growth and the addition of several new Sales Executives over this same time period.

Jeff joined R&R Insurance in 2015 and has consistently been a top performing sales executive over this period. Prior to joining R&R Insurance, Jeff held sales and sales management roles at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, ADP and Total Administrative Services Corporation.

Jeff’s new responsibilities will include hiring, training and developing our emerging sales executives, assisting in managing the Employee Benefits sales force and playing an active role in sales leadership and agency-wide sales strategy. Jeff will continue to service and manage a number of his key accounts.
