Ryan began his career in the insurance industry at Asset Protection Insurance Network in 2009, before even 
graduating from college. Capitalizing on the value he brought during his internship, he continued with the 
agency full-time after graduation in a role that gave him exposure to sales, service, and leadership in both 
Personal and Commercial Lines. 

In 2016, Ryan transitioned to Lundstrom Insurance, initially focused on selling and servicing a Commercial 
Lines book of business. He was promoted to a leadership position, managing the agency’s Commercial Lines 
Operations. In that role, he developed and executed growth strategies, hired top talent, trained/mentored 
employees, and led operations improvement initiatives. 

Ryan moved to Wisconsin to join the R&R team in 2020 as Director of Personal Lines. His leadership has
helped cultivate a large cultural shift for the department in numerous ways. New Business Revenue, Retention, 
and Total Revenue have grown. Ryan has hired and onboarded 4 new Personal Lines Producers, with an even 
split between new-to-the-industry and experienced individuals. A Private Client Division was defined and 
segmented, and the team has seen growth in capabilities, total accounts, and large account penetration. 
Ryan’s team is currently navigating one of the toughest markets the industry has seen, providing their clients 
with stability and direction through times of large rate increases, coverage reform, and carrier instability. 

Ryan’s commitment to R&R can be seen both inside and outside of the agency. He is an Adjunct Professor at 
Carroll University, teaching Insurance and Risk Management to Junior and Senior Finance & Accounting 
Majors. Ryan serves on the Board of Directors for the Pabst Farms YMCA to further develop R&R’s presence 
in the Lake Country community and leads initiatives across various other professional organizations including 
the Young Professionals Insurance Network, Assurex Global’s Private Client Practice Group, and more. 

As Vice President of Personal Lines, Ryan will provide expanded leadership of the Personal Lines team. He
will continue to develop and execute strategies that fuel the growth of R&R’s Personal Lines SBU. He will be 
responsible for coaching and developing the Sales Team to achieve or exceed their individual goals and 
providing overall vision and direction for Audra Noack (Personal Lines Service Manager) and the Personal 
Lines Service Team.
