With 15+ years of experience, Dan Scheider, CIC, CRIS, CPIA, specializes in building tailored risk management strategies for construction and real estate clients across the Midwest. His background includes a tenure as Assistant Vice President at American Risk Management Resources Network (ARMR), where he focused on environmental liability, a critical exposure for contractors and manufacturers alike. He holds the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, reflecting advanced expertise in commercial insurance, the CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) designation, which is specific to the construction industry, and the CPIA designation, recognizing his proficiency in insurance advisory and placement. He is also actively involved in several Wisconsin construction industry associations.
Dan Maurer, CPCU, CRIS, AU-M brings 10+ years of experience and a deep understanding of how carriers evaluate risk, having worked as an underwriter for both West Bend Mutual and Liberty Mutual. His expertise spans general liability, workers compensation, property and casualty, inland marine, and more. He holds the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation, the highest-level credential in the insurance industry, along with the CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) designation specific to the construction industry, and the AU-M (Associate in Commercial Underwriting) designation, which reflects his deep background in evaluating and pricing complex commercial risks. He also holds a degree in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University.
