Waukesha, WI – R&R Insurance is pleased to announce Ryan Schmit has been promoted to Vice President of Commercial Sales.
Ryan began at R&R Insurance in 2020 as a Sales Intern and has quickly advanced through the organization by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership ability and a consistent commitment to client success. Since joining the agency full time, Ryan has excelled in growing his book of business, expanding his professional network and sharpening his sales and consulting skillset. His progression into a management role reflects both his performance and his dedication to continuous improvement.
In his new role as Vice President of Commercial Sales, Ryan will help support, develop and lead R&R’s expanding team of Commercial Insurance Sales Consultants. He will continue to work closely with clients while sharing his experience, best practices, and strategic approach with the next generation of sales professionals across the organization.
Ryan is a graduate of Marquette University, where he earned his degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management in 2021. His educational background provides a strong foundation for understanding the operational challenges faced by many of R&R’s commercial clients.
