Mark McNabb, J.D., ARM, joins R&R with extensive experience in insurance reconstruction, liability mapping, general liability, workers compensation, complex claims, contract review, and risk management consulting. Mark uses his experience to provide specialized insurance counseling for customers in varying industries. Mark is actively involved in the Waukesha County Business Alliance and previously served on the City of Wauwatosa Recycling Committee for 12 years.

Tony Morgan, LUTCF, comes to R&R with over six years of experience in the insurance industry, including management and production. As the former Operations Manager at Liberty Mutual, Tony was a part of the strongest results Liberty Mutual Milwaukee had seen in its history. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County YMCA.

Insight is an innovative education capstone, designed by Pewaukee High School to give students hands-on, real-world experience in a professional setting. As an active volunteer of the program since it began in 2015, Terry has had the opportunity to engage as a professional mentor and support the program’s mission to provide real world business experiences to many of the students.

Industry partners, such as R&R, provide real project work to enhance the students’ knowledge and experience in a career of their interest. Students are mentored by business professionals and complete the program better prepared to be the next generation of workforce.

Each year since 1993, IIABA and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm, join forces to study the country’s leading agencies in six revenue categories. The agencies comprising the study groups are selected every third year through a comprehensive nomination and qualifying process and awarded a “Best Practices Agency” designation. The selected “Best Practices” agencies retain their status during the three-year cycle by submitting extensive financial and operational data for review each year.

The Riesch family was recently named 'Family of the Year' by Family Service of Waukesha, and honored at an elegant dinner at the Legend of Brandybrook. With the theme of "Building a Family & Leaving a Legacy," the whole family was in attendance to receive this special recognition.

The event included a “Raise the Hands Fundraiser," which raised close to $40,000. All donations will go towards supporting The Big Yellow House, and provide psychotherapy, education, and advocacy services in Waukesha County.

We are incredibly proud of the Riesch family's dedication, philanthropy, and the lasting legacy they are leaving throughout Waukesha County.
