We recently held our annual All Employee Meeting, recapping 2018's accomplishments and highlighting our strategy for 2019. As we begin developing our next 5 year strategic plan, we are more optimistic than ever about the future of R&R Insurance Services. Here are a few takeaways from this year's meeting:

• Extended our footprint in Fox Valley with the acquisition of Hanson Benefits, Inc.
• Further expanded our service offerings to include 401(k) and financial planning through the acquisition of Jannsen Wealth Management - now R&R Wealth Management
• Will continue our focus on superior customer service, efficient business operations, and strategic growth

Waukesha, WI - R&R Insurance Services welcomes Sam Veith and David Ripp as Commercial Account Executives.

Sam Veith joins R&R with experience in insurance, sales, and customer service. With a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University Bloomington, Sam will be expanding R&R’s services in Southeast Wisconsin and Illinois.

As an expert in the fitness industry, David Ripp has provided insurance solutions to over 500 fitness facilities nationwide. Specializing in helping his customers increase coverage and reduce their premium, David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Matt Seitz joins R&R with prior experience in insurance, sales, and customer service. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Matt has extensive knowledge in business and financial analytics.

With over 10 years of experience, Jake Witte comes to R&R with a passion for providing solutions to clients. Specializing in commercial insurance, Jake has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from Concordia University.

Appleton, WI - R&R Insurance Services welcomes Chad Messner as Commercial Sales Executive.

Chad comes to R&R with over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. In addition to his extensive background in business insurance and workers’ compensation, Chad specializes in transportation, construction and manufacturing. As an active member in the community, Chad is also a youth basketball and soccer coach, as well as board member for Sales and Marketing Professionals of Northeast Wisconsin. He is also a member of the Fox Valley Round Table.

After over 40 years in business, we are excited to announce the location for our new corporate headquarters! As a long-standing business in Waukesha County, our new home (on Stone Ridge Drive in the city of Waukesha) further establishes the perpetuation plans and continued commitment to the future of the organization.

R&R has partnered with Creative Business Interiors and will begin the renovation this summer. This multi-million dollar project will include incredible design features, such as a plethora of glass to enhance the open-space work environment, collaboration areas, a training facility, a café, a fitness center, and more. In addition, the new corporate headquarters will contain state-of-art technology, allowing R&R to continue providing superior service and enhanced communication with customers, and assisting in the recruitment of top talent within the industry.

Governor Scott Walker has declared May 9, 2018 as Independent Insurance Agents Day in Wisconsin in recognition of the vital role independent agents play in the community and the strategic importance to the Wisconsin economy.

Waukesha, WI – Mike Payne of R&R Insurance Services was recently named Vice President of Sales.

Mike joined R&R in 2012 and has served as a Commercial Account Executive. In his new role, Mike will be strategic in creating partnerships within businesses across the state. In addition, he will continue to help clients manage risk by providing proactive risk management services and bringing new and innovative ideas to the table. Mike's resounding goal is to make clients more efficient and better/more educated buyers of insurance.

“Mike’s innovative approach will be instrumental in the continued growth of R&R’s sales team, as well as the agency as a whole,” states Frank Maurer, Executive Vice President, R&R Insurance. “Mike has been a key asset to R&R and we look forward to the opportunity to expand on his knowledge, experience, and strategic approach to helping businesses.”

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. In addition, Mike is an active member of the Waukesha County community. He currently holds positions on the Waukesha County Business Alliance Policy Board, the City of Waukesha Plan Commission, the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce Small Business Committee, and the Waukesha County Center for Growth Board. Mike is also a past recipient of the Waukesha County Emerging Leader Award.
