Ryan comes to R&R with a broad agency background, including over 10 years of insurance industry experience, focusing on both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines. Most recently, Ryan spent time with the Lundstrom Insurance Agency, Inc. rising up from a Sales Account Executive to the Manager of Commercial Line Operations. He is enthusiastic about sharing ideas, thinking outside of the box and serving others. According to Ryan, “there is no task too big or too small; no process that cannot be improved, and no problem that doesn’t deserve a thoughtful and creative solution.”

R&R's foursome (Tom McInerny, Mike Payne, Dan Maurer and Mike Harrison) won the Chubb Charity Challenge Golf Outing and will advance to the finals in support of the Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation. The foursome competed against teams from across the area as part of the 20th annual charity golf tournament.
