What motivated you to become an insurance professional?
A great internship at R&R. The combination of an intricate sales process, knowledgeable policy application, and a high emphasis on customer service lead me to pursue a full-time position with the company.
What do you love most about your work?
I love being able to meet new people and have a dynamic work day.
What has been your biggest success in the past year?
My biggest success of the year was graduating with an economics degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?
The key to helping a struggling customer/client is to understand the issue at hand and then propose a helpful solution(s). That involves intent listening followed by a strong understanding of insurance/policies which then translates into finding a meaningful solution.
What did you wake up excited about today?
Today, I woke up excited to see everyone that I used to work with again, along with meeting a few new faces!
What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?
I look forward to establishing a book of business through meeting new clients and learning all the sales techniques required.
