How Can I Help You?

Today's businesses have more obstacles to remain competitive than ever before. Be secure in the knowledge that our experienced team is on hand and at your side to provide customized employee benefits solutions for your business. It's our promise to help manage your healthcare costs, monitor compliance, and improve the overall health of your employees.

What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

As a former teacher, I found that partnering with an organization to help educate them on the changing landscape surrounding health care as well as find solutions to fit their visions, goals and budgets is a natural fit. I also found the concept of helping employees (regular people who don't understand the complicated world of insurance) to be inline with my skill sets.

What do you love most about your work?

Meeting people and learning about businesses and organizations in the community.

What has been your biggest success in the past year?

In February I completed my certification in self-funding. Working toward this certification provided me extensive knowledge to add to my experience in working with self-funded customers. I feel it will bring great value to organizations I partner with.

How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?

Clear communication. Customers need to be listened to. I strive to gain a strong insight into their culture, goals, concerns, etc. Then I provide guidance, education, and solutions that should help reduce their stresses and increase their trust in me and my team.

What did you wake up excited about today?

In the words of my dad, "Every day above ground is a good day!" I'm thankful I'm healthy enough to get up every day to walk my dogs, work at a job I enjoy, and spend as much time as possible with my family.

What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?

Learning! I get excited when I learn new strategies about a sales process, the people I work with, and the companies and organizations that I'm working toward having as a customer.
