Chris joined R&R in 2021 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. Since then, he has built a strong book of business and established himself as a trusted advisor to the organizations he serves. His client-focused approach and leadership have contributed to the continued growth of R&R's Employee Benefits Practice.
He brings more than three decades of industry experience to this position. In his new role, Chris will direct the long-term strategy of the practice, strengthen the client experience, and oversee the continued development of its team.
