Carmen has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, providing Employee Benefits programs and solutions to both large and small businesses. With her extensive experience in third party administration, she is able to develop cost savings programs. Her philosophy is to provide her clients with personalized service to achieve the strategic and financial goals of her clients and their employees. Carmen has a passion to provide wellness education, and program implementation. Educating her customers with the ROI that wellness in the workplace can improve their bottom line has been another successful strategy Carmen employs. By helping her customers achieve the proper balance between their Employee Benefit and Wellness programs, she has been able to help her customers decrease turnover and assist them with attracting talented employees.

Having more than 20 years of experience, with knowledge on both the insurance carrier and agency side, Jen manages all aspects of the marketing and renewal process, and recommends solutions for clients. She is responsible for account management which includes coordinating and facilitating client education of carrier products and services.
