Michelle’s experience as a teacher (19+ years) and her knowledge in employee benefit programs (9 years) provide a solid foundation to serve as an educator and consultant. She listens to the needs of her customers, evaluates what areas need improvement or enhancement, provides viable solutions, and implements the options that are the best fit. She holds a Worksite Wellness certification (WELCOA) and is a Certified Self-Funded Specialist.

Client Service Manager

Having more than 20 years of experience, with knowledge on both the insurance carrier and agency side, Jen manages all aspects of the marketing and renewal process, and recommends solutions for clients. She is responsible for account management which includes coordinating and facilitating client education of carrier products and services.
