He listens to the needs of his clientele, while identifying areas to support, improve or enhance and delivers viable solutions with a customized implementation strategy.

His experience working for nationally recognized leading insurance carriers has provided broad insight of private sector employers, while also bringing deep knowledge of the unique employment and benefits practices of public sector schools and higher education institutions as a consultant. Patrick is committed to improving the wellbeing of employees to increase their health, happiness, and productivity while lowering health risks and costs.

Chris's experience with employee benefits and collaborating with public and private sector employers as well as non-profit and religious entities to develop cost effective strategies for healthcare has continued to develop over the last 28 years.

Chris has worked with an eclectic mix of employers across the country, ranging from fifty employees to several thousands of employees. Employers included government entities, manufacturing firms, service organizations and healthcare systems. Over the last three decades, Chris has worked with hundreds of employers - from Division 1 Universities to professional sports teams to prominent law/service firms as well as municipal/county markets.
