He enjoys helping optimize the value of your employee benefits package.

What do you love most about your work?

There are so many moving parts when it comes to an employer's employee benefits needs - different motivations for offering benefits, different understandings of the various plans and different overall strategies. As an analytical person, the challenge of bringing all of this together for a customer is intriguing. Simply put, it is enjoyable to help clients understand the many pieces and to develop a long-term strategy with them. It is very satisfying making the complex understandable.

How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?

The way I help my clients overcome their challenges starts with active listening and really taking in what they are saying. I try hard to gather the facts before speaking and offering possible solutions. When you foster this type of dialogue, you can often learn the root causes of their challenges and come up with the appropriate solution.
