Patrick’s experience with employee benefit consulting has developed over the last 20 years as a Health and Wellness professional. He listens to the needs of his clientele, while identifying areas to support, improve or enhance and delivers viable solutions with a customized strategy.
His experience working for nationally recognized leading health insurance carriers has provided broad insight of private sector employers, while also bringing a deep knowledge of the unique employment practices of educational institutions as a benefits consultant.
What motivated you to become an insurance professional?
I really enjoy the process of learning about an organization, understanding the unique challenges or goals and developing an employee benefits strategy to help achieve their vision.
What do you love most about your work?
Its the people! I love helping people!
How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?
It all starts with listening to the challenges our customer is facing. Once you have a deep understanding of their specific challenges our team goes to work developing strategic solutions and implementation plan that meets the needs of their organization.
What did you wake up excited about today?
Today is another chance to make somebody's life just a little bit better than the day before.
What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?
Another opportunity to meet new people, learn about their organizations and find ways to help bring value to their employees and families with health and wellness programs.
