Bio
As a Private Client Executive, Tammy provides Property & Casualty solutions for your personal insurance needs. Through our Private Client program, she is able to address your unique insurance needs such as scheduled jewelry, antique autos, a second home, motorcycles, snowmobiles, boats, and other valuables. This program provides direct access to Tammy and her team to monitor and address your changing insurance needs.
What motivated you to become an insurance professional?
I always knew that I would work with people and I wanted a career - not a job. Selling insurance is challenging, but it's also one of the most rewarding careers in the world.
What do you love most about your work?
Everyday is something new. I get to talk to many, many different types of people - in different stages of their lives. I get to know my clients on a personal level and find out what they value most and help them to protect those things. I'm an advisor, not a salesman - I want my clients to be confident in the coverage that they have and I love knowing that I had a part in making that happen.
What has been your biggest success in the past year?
I'd say having my 4th child and maintaining my career/motherhood/life balance. I love what I do and I love my family - I know that I am able to do both and do them both well.
How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?
Often people don't realize what insurance coverage they have or even what insurance coverage's are available. I think insurance is over whelming to most people and not something that they like to talk about because they don't understand it. I like to simplify that process and talk to my clients in a way that just makes sense. It is always a good idea to review coverage - and give people options. More choices help to make the right decision.
