What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today? I have been in client service throughout my career 

My career has always centered on building strong relationships and serving as a trusted partner to my clients, regardless of the industry. Those experiences taught me that the best solutions come from listening first, understanding each client's unique goals and challenges, and earning trust through honesty, responsiveness, and follow-through. Those foundational skills have shaped the employee benefits consultant I am today. As an employee benefits consultant, I bring that same client-first philosophy to every engagement. Beyond providing technical expertise, I strive to simplify complex topics, offer strategic guidance, and develop long-term partnerships that help employers make confident decisions for their organizations and their employees.
