What motivated you to become an insurance professional?
I was motivated by the relationship based nature of the industry. I wanted to have the opportunity to positively impact people and their businesses.
What do you love most about your work?
I enjoy the challenges of the industry. Being able to problem solve to overcome the challenges of my clients is extremely rewarding.
How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?
I help my customers by establishing effective relationships built on trust and transparency. I ask strong questions and work hard to compile solutions for my clients.
What did you wake up excited about today?
Getting to go to work at a place that has great people and a great culture.
What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?
I am looking to grow my industry specific knowledge to continue to help my clients in the best way possible.
