What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?  

My 8 years in insurance at American Family have given me a strong technical foundation in insurance, while my seven years in technology sales has shaped my approach to working with clients. My approach is to understand your business first, then bring together the right expertise to support it. I believe the best advisor isn't the one with every answer, its the one who asks the right questions and brings the right resources to the table.

Life outside of work

I enjoy spending time with my family. I have been kickboxing for over a decade, playing guitar for more than 20 years, and enjoying going to the gym daily.
