What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

The ability to be able to help people be properly insured, going the extra mile to be available and approachable to my clients. Most become friends!

What do you love most about your work?

Knowing that people will sleep better at night because they don't have to worry about "what if a bad claim happens to me".

What has been your biggest success in the past year?

Coming to work for R&R!

How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?

By taking all the time they need to feel comfortable with their decision making process.

What did you wake up excited about today?

My new job with R&R and the nice people I work with.

What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?

Expanding my knowledge base and making a name for myself connected with R&R insurance.
