What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?

I worked in Dental Malpractice Insurance for 25 years before coming to R&R. That means 35 years in the insurance industry😉. I strive to exceed my customers’ expectations and treat them as I’d like to be treated.  

Life outside of work

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking and being outdoors.
