Mitch builds the risk management strategies and process for a variety of businesses in the Midwest.
His approach has always been to put the customer first. This means providing a high degree of communication while leading multiple process teams in identifying, analyzing, negotiating and mitigating risk to his clients. Mitch is devoted to being responsive to the customer’s commercial insurance needs while leveraging R&R’s stellar reputation and services.

What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?
Before joining R&R, I spent over five years in sales and recruiting, primarily as an IT recruiter, where I partnered with businesses to identify top talent and build long-term relationships. I also worked at Paycom, helping organizations improve their HR and payroll processes. Those experiences strengthened my consultative approach, taught me how to ask the right questions, and reinforced the importance of understanding each client's unique needs—skills that now help me deliver thoughtful risk management and insurance solutions.

Life outside of work:
I enjoy staying active and am a motorcycle enthusiast.
