What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

I am motivated by the opportunity to meet business leaders throughout our community. Understanding these key individuals, the teams they are surrounded with and their decision making process is a fascinating undertaking.

What do you love most about your work?

I love building and nurturing the consultative relationship that impacts our customer’s decisions.

What has been your biggest success in the past year?

Coaching my daughter and her third grade basketball team.

How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?

With a strategic approach to risk management and effective communication. This helps my customers navigate the unknown.

What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?

Working with growth oriented organizations and their executive teams to improve their risk profile.
