What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?
Prior to joining R&R, I was already a near 20-year veteran of the industry working as a consultant to mid and large-sized companies. During that time, I have worked for consulting agencies as small as 20 employees and as large as 43,000 employees. That diversity has helped me see the business from multiple perspectives affording me a great opportunity to assist my clients with greater breadth and depth.
Life outside of work:
My amazing wife Laura and I live in New Berlin and have been married since 2014. I am blessed to have so much of my family live within an hour of me – my Mom, three brothers and three sisters. I have coached high school basketball, grade school basketball and little league baseball in the past. It is something I am passionate about and would love to get back into it. My life has been spent in southeastern Wisconsin, growing up in Muskego and going to college locally at Marquette University. For fun, I play basketball, golf, hike, ride my bike, watch old movies, do crossword puzzles and try new restaurants.
