What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?  

Former senior work comp claims adjuster at a regional company, also previously worked in the work comp billing space, and was a former respiratory therapist in the medical field. My prior experience gives me great insight into the practical side of handling claims and knowing what the law states. I also have a great understanding of coding, medical terminology, and fee dispute knowledge. I can also empathize with real patients and truly understand what floor care entails.
