What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

The industry had a great reputation for having good companies as well as having companies that put a lot of resources into training their people. 

What do you love most about your work?

That's easy! Being able to interact with an endless variety of people in an attempt to help them create a safer work environment at their operation.

How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?

By explaining in detail what the long term benefits of anything they are considering doing on safety will be. Doing that within a particular company culture is the key to my being effective. 

What did you wake up excited about today?

Being able to spend some rare time in the office and catch up on sending some things out to customers who are looking for help on a particular safety topic.

What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?

Expanding our training offerings by developing videos at our customers' locations. Nothing could be more customized than that.
