Experience:

I have a total of 29 years in the insurance industry in a variety of operational roles. I spent 23 years with Liberty Mutual. During my time at Liberty, I held leadership positions in Claims, Underwriting and Distribution Management in Liberty's Business Insurance division. Most recently, I lead the claim department at Church Mutual Insurance, overseeing claims and litigation in all 50 states for the multiple companies inside the CM Group.

I have also served on the board of directors of two private companies. Consumer Health Connections, LLC, which created and developed an interactive HIPPA compliant tele-presence platform that allowed patients and doctors to collaborate in real time. I served on the board of CM Select Insurance Company. CM Select Insurance Co. and its' proprietary platform was built from the ground up allowing customers to research, quote, bind and purchase their insurance on line, with the entire transaction taking minutes to complete. The initial launch of the company and its' products and services covered four states, with a nation-wide rollout planned in subsequent months.
