Life outside of work

I have spent a lifetime in the exercise world and eating right. Always staying strong & fit to reach the next level. Started with high school sports, the Army, competitive kick boxing, to competitive powerlifting. Staying strong and athletic throughout life. My journey started in my hometown in Verona, WI. Currently train at Wisconsin athletic club & ISI Elite.
