What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?  

Before joining R&R Insurance, I worked in customer service. That experience strengthened my communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, helping me provide responsive, personalized service to my clients. I worked on the service side of R&R Insurance for 3 years and recently switched over to sales so I have really enjoyed learning all sides of the agency.

I enjoy spending time with my friends & family. We do a lot of camping and trips up north with our kids.
