Eric's approach has always been to put the customer first. This means providing a high degree of communication while leading multiple process teams in identifying, analyzing, negotiating and mitigating risk to his clients. Eric is devoted to being responsive to the customer’s Employee Benefits Insurance needs while leveraging R&R’s stellar reputation and services.

2021 as an intern and transitioned full-time in 2022.

I work with a variety of industries and have built a decent book of business with some of the more prominent companies in the Milwaukee area (Discovery World, Summerfest, Marcus Investments, Visit Milwaukee)
What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?
Came to R&R straight from college with a Risk Management & Insurance degree, coupled with Finance. I studied the ins and outs of this industry, giving me strong foundation and deeper understanding beyond an entry level perspective when coming out of college. I was also a claims adjuster Intern for American Family Insurance which gave me experience in handling tough conversations whenever I had to deliver a claim denial.
