Manager of Client Services
More than 25 years in the insurance industry as a Client Service Manager and Supervisor. Started at Wausau Insurance/Liberty Mutual, working there for 15 years before being acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher. I have continued my career working at R&R since 2017.
Employee Benefits along with some Property & Casualty experience earlier in my career. Extensive knowledge in self-funding working with clients from 50 to 5,000.
My dad was a loss control consultant throughout his career at a couple of insurance carriers and owned his own business as well. I actually started out in my college career to become a dental hygienist but not too long after realized it was not the right fit for me. I enjoy working with people and knowing how my dad enjoyed his career, I reached out to a friend who worked at Wausau Insurance. Luckily I landed a job in their sales area as a customer service representative and the rest is history!
Developing relationships with our clients, carriers and employees to get a better understanding of their needs within their business. A good day for me is when I have been able to help someone with a situation to achieve a better outcome or have a clearer understanding of their situation.
Learning a new Microsoft program that help me with my time management skills which not only kept me on track but also the team I worked with.
I listen to their situation, take empathy in what they are going through and try to explain the outcome in a way that that is easier for them to understand. Insurance has a lot of acronyms and is a whole different language for anyone to comprehend so I try to provide a clearer understanding.

I am looking forward to settling in to my new role as the Manager of Client Services. We have a great team at R&R and I would like to help with defining best practices within our team so that we can continue to grow.
