What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

As I was looking for a change in my career, people in the industry who I have known for years, encouraged me and thought the insurance industry would allow me to grow my career and use my experience in Worker's Compensation. 

What do you love most about your work?

Constantly learning through new experiences as well as through the vast experience of the great employees of R&R.

What has been your biggest success in the past year?

Earning creditability with insureds while just completing my first year in the insurance industry.
