When I get referrals from clients, it tells me that my work is valued and appreciated.
What has been your biggest success in the past year?
Becoming a grandfather.
How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?
I ask questions that drill down to the basic blocking and tackling of their individual risk management. I then put together a program with an ongoing service plan that holds all parties accountable to be sure the plan continues to move in the direction towards the goals we set.
What did you wake up excited about today?
Helping a client calm down from a significant property loss claim that occurred this weekend.
What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?
Starting new relationships with prospects and referrals whom I have yet to meet.
