What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?

Worked for Allstate Insurance for 17 years starting the day after my college graduation holding numerous management roles, changing to sales and owning my own agency. This foundation helped me learn a lot of basic client service principles which I still use today.
