What did you do before joining R&R, and how does that experience help you serve clients today?  

My first career out of college was in Law Enforcement. I was a police officer for 12 years prior to entering the Insurance Industry in 2016. I have been in the personal insurance sales role the since 2016 having joined R&R Insurance in 2023. Being in the independent insurance sales and production for the last 10 years has given me a wealth of experience in the industry. One of my favorite parts of my job is helping my clients protect themselves and their assets while providing superior service and a great relationship.
