Andy has over 12 years of industry experience on the insurance carrier side in underwriting and underwriting management. Those experiences give him extensive knowledge in data analytics, team building, loss prevention, workers compensation, strategic planning and risk transfer.

His approach to risk management has always been to put the customer first. This means providing a high degree of communication while leading multiple process teams in identifying, analyzing, negotiating, and mitigating risk to his clients. Andy is devoted to being responsive to the customer’s business needs while leveraging R&R’s stellar reputation and services.
