Tom set his foundations in the Construction Industry before joining R&R Insurance as  Commercial Insurance Consultant. Today Tom builds the risk management strategies for a variety of businesses including several of Wisconsin’s top manufactures and contractors.

His approach to risk management has always been to put the customer first. This means providing a high degree of communication while leading multiple process teams in identifying, analyzing, negotiating, and mitigating risk to his clients. Tom is devoted to being responsive to the customer’s business needs while leveraging R&R’s stellar reputation and services.
