What motivated you to become an insurance professional?
Helping to protect clients from catastrophes and serving others during some of the most difficult times in their lives. I love helping people and having an impact on others.
What do you love most about your work?
Displaying strong leadership and using effective communication to lead teams. Helping others overcome obstacles and accomplish common goals.
What has been your biggest success in the past year?
Transitioning from the Manager of Commercial Lines at a mid-sized agency to the Director of Personal Lines at R&R.
How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?
Effective communication, showing care and compassion, and lending an open ear to understand and address their individual needs.
What did you wake up excited about today?
Relocating from Illinois to Wisconsin and continuing to meet more of the team at R&R!

Guiding the Personal Lines department to exceed aggressive growth goals.

Actively involved in Outdoor Recreation and Trail Advocacy groups in Illinois, but looking to establish myself and find similar groups in Wisconsin.
