Lisa has over 20 years of experience in sales, service, management and customer-centered responsibilities in the independent insurance industry. She leads R&R Insurance’s commercial lines service team of over 40 account managers and support associates operating from 5 WI office locations. Additionally, Lisa directs them on the utilization of key skills in providing exemplary client service.

Lisa is focused on building & strengthening relationships with all internal and external customers through continuous coaching and performance management.
