Resource: Emergency Action Plan

Under the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), 29 CFR 1910.38, employers with more than 10 employees are required to establish and maintain a written emergency action plan.

Use this plan to document compliance with applicable Emergency Response regulations at your facility. Complete the text in [Bold] with your facility’s information. If your facility is in a city or state with more stringent regulations, follow them and modify this program as appropriate.
