Chris's experience with employee benefits and collaborating with non-profits, public and private sector employers and religious entities to develop cost effective strategies for healthcare has continued to develop over the last 30 years.

Chris has worked with an eclectic mix of employers across the country, ranging from fifty employees to several thousands of employees. Employers included government entities, manufacturing firms, service organizations and healthcare systems. Over the last three decades, Chris has worked with hundreds of employers - from Division 1 Universities to professional sports teams to prominent law/service firms, non-profits, as well as municipal/county markets.

Patty brings over 20 years of industry experience - working with CEO's, CFO's and Senior Human Resources Professionals to develop long-term, strategic direction for their Employee Benefits plans.

In addition to her Employee Benefits knowledge, she has significant experience serving as an HR Director and as a Management Consultant. She understands the need to balance out long-term cost reduction goals while attracting, retaining talent, and focusing on fostering a wellness grounded corporate culture.
