What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

I landed in the industry by accident (pun intended). Early in my profession I realized quickly all of the growth and development opportunities.

What do you love most about your work?

The people. There are a lot of great customers from various industries that appreciate the knowledge that we bring. It is rewarding to see the results!

What has been your biggest success in the past year?

With knowledge comes creativity. I've been able to utilize tools like the Risk Management Center and deliver new challenges to our clients.

How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?

Mainly through analyzing situations and showing them how much it would cost them or save them in various claim situations.

What are you most looking forward to with your work in the year to come?

Continue to help develop and educate our newer clients along with bringing fresh ideas to our longer term clients.
