Jimmy has been in the commercial insurance industry since 2017 with extensive experience in underwriting and placing tough risks in the excess and surplus lines market. As a Commercial Insurance Consultant with R&R Insurance he builds the risk management strategies and process for a variety of businesses in the Midwest.

His approach has always been to put the customer first. This means providing a high degree of communication while leading multiple process teams in identifying, analyzing, negotiating and mitigating risk to his clients. Jimmy is devoted to being responsive to the customer’s commercial insurance needs while leveraging R&R’s stellar reputation and services.

Experience & Education Prior to R&R:

• Creighton University (B.S.), Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurial Management
• E&S Underwriter / Broker
• 4 years in Minor League Baseball
