What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

Ken Riesch, the President of R&R Insurance is the reason why I am with R&R Insurance today. Ken has a vision for this business that I liken to former Milwaukee Bucks owner Jim Fitzgerald's vision in terms of providing resources and motivation. I would work for either of those two gentlemen if they owned a widget manufacturing company. They're that strong.

What do you love most about your work?

The ability to assist our clients. Whether that means calling into play the resources available at R&R Insurance, negotiating terms with carriers, or simply providing sound risk management advice.

How do you help your customers overcome their challenges?

A good example is what I do for my municipal clients. I literally have written a 60+ page FAQ that addresses the vast majority of questions that my municipal clients encounter on a regular basis. Knowledge gained there in turn helps my commercial accounts where I take the same approach.

How can I help you

Keep your business, your people and your assets safe – free from the risk that can drive up your operating costs. Be secure in the knowledge that our experienced team is on hand and at your side to lead you and your business, just as we have for countless other successful companies. It’s our promise to provide your business with the proper coverage at competitive rates.
