What motivated you to become an insurance professional?

Insurance is a vital and necessary part in all we do. Being able to help others protect what they worked so hard to acquire is very rewarding. Providing knowledge and educating people on the intricacies of insurance is also very rewarding and important. 

What do you love most about your work?

Working with many different employees, carrier partners and customers. Helping customers protect their assets. Educating employees and customers about insurance.

What has been your biggest success in the past year?

Helping the R&R Insurance Services’ team grow.
