Resource Center

Our combined resources obtained through experience, service and knowledge are what make up what we call The Resource Center. Regardless of discipline or industry, we'll do our best to answer your questions and concerns. We offer seminars on workers' compensation, accident investigation, construction boot camp, ergonomics and contractual risk transfer for the construction industry.

Our Resource Center can answer your loss control questions on Fleet, Property, Work Comp, Claims Management, Risk Management and Employee Benefits Analysis. We also have 24/7 service available on-line through our CSR24 portal. Here you can access policy information and print certificates of insurance.

- More than 17 years of experience providing loss control service for large national insurance carriers

- Experience in the insurance industry since 1989

- Extensive Workers' Compensation knowledge
Dianne DeByl
- UW Oshkosh: B.S. Secondary Education
- With R&R Insurance since 1997
- 18 years as underwriting manager for professional liability program administrator for nationwide insurance company
- Member of Municipal Team for the League of Wisconsin Municipalities Insurance Mutual Insurance Program since 2000
- Account Manager with the Resource Center since 2007, specializing in experience mod verification and projections.
