Mike Geldreich Accepts New Position at R&R Insurance Services as Resource Center Claims Specialist

Waukesha -- R&R Insurance Services, Inc., one of Wisconsin’s largest and most diverse insurance brokerage firms, is excited to announce that Mike Geldreich has accepted a new position within the Commercial Resource Center as Claims Specialist.
Based at R&R Insurance Services’ headquarters location in Waukesha, Geldreich will assist clients with problematic claim situations in order to reach amicable resolutions. “Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to this position. His extensive claims background makes him well suited to help our clients manage their insurance programs,“ states Frank Maurer, vice president of commercial sales at R&R Insurance. “His technical abilities and great people skills are a match for bringing a higher level of service and expertise to our clients and carriers. By working with customers to help them identify the cost drivers, he will be able to help control and reduce their insurance costs.”
Gelreich came to R&R as a Commercial Sales Executive in April 2007 with more than 17 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining R&R, Geldreich held a variety of positions with Wausau Insurance, including Multi-Line Field Adjuster, Workers’ Compensation claim supervisor, Corporate Training and Development and Workers’ Compensation Claim Team Manager.
Geldreich graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice/Public Administration. He also possesses the AIC (Associate in Claims) professional designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
